Getting to Code 4: A Workbook for Law Enforcement
$16.95

This is the place where I try to convince you that doing this workbook is a quick fix that will completely transform your life. Honestly, this workbook probably won’t do that because quick fixes don’t really exist. Mental health takes work and anybody that is trying to sell you a quick fix formula is grossly exaggerating. I really do get that mentality; I don’t want to do a bunch of work either so this workbook is designed for those that don’t want to do a shit ton of work. It gives you a foundation of where to start without having to go to a therapist, unless of course, you want to go to a therapist (which as a therapist) I highly encourage.

As a cop, you need to decide how you’re going to get through this career. Will it be white knuckling it and avoiding addressing your mental health at all costs or will you be taking preventative steps to learn how to deal with the stressors and traumas as they come? I created this workbook because I noticed there was a lack of resources available and wanted to give cops practical skills and knowledge to get through this career in the healthiest way possible.

I’ve been told by cops that this workbook is easy to get through and pretty dope. Which for a mental health workbook, is a nice compliment. It covers 7 different areas of wellness: Food, Sleep & Dreams, Rest & Regulation, Relationships, Stress & Emotions, Trauma, and Finances. It also includes extra resources and a call journal.

For those that like a more detailed description, here is a chapter by chapter explanation of what is in the workbook. Probably not the most riveting video you’ve ever watched but informative nonetheless!
